We deliver complete, turnkey solutions for custom metal and plastic components—covering CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, heat treatment, and surface finishing.

Robtrix is your single contract partner and primary point of contact throughout the entire process. We manage quoting, supplier allocation, quality control, and shipping directly.

We cater primarily to commercial B2B clients, engineering firms, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and industrial business buyers.

All uploaded files and drawings are kept strictly confidential under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). File transfers are encrypted, and technical drawings are handled with total privacy.

We accept STEP, STP, DXF, and PDF formats. 3D files (STEP/STP) provide geometry data, while 2D drawings (PDF/DXF) specify tolerances, thread callouts, and surface requirements.

You will receive a complete project quotation as quickly as possible after submitting your 3D models and technical specifications.

No. We support single prototype parts, low-volume pilot runs, and large-scale series production.

Order details can be adjusted up until raw material procurement or production begins. Once machining or thermal processing has started, modifications are subject to review.

You can specify tight tolerances, critical dimensions, or custom threads directly on your attached 2D PDF drawing or in the project notes section of your RFQ.

CNC machining and primary production take place at our main manufacturing hub in Ludhiana, while specialized heat treatment and surface processing are handled through our audited, certified partner network.

We machine and finish a broad range of engineering metals (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Brass, Copper, Titanium, Tool Steels) and engineering plastics (ABS, Nylon, POM/Delrin, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, PEEK, PTFE).

Yes. If your project requires a specific alloy or unlisted material, note it in your RFQ request and our engineering team will evaluate sourcing options for you.

Every order undergoes multi-stage quality verification—including incoming material checks, in-process inspection, and final dimensional validation prior to shipment.

Yes. Material test reports (such as EN 10204 3.1 certificates) and dimensional inspection reports can be provided upon request during the quoting phase.

Standard production adheres to ISO 2768-m (or fine -f) tolerances unless tighter tolerances are explicitly specified on your uploaded 2D PDF drawing.

Robtrix manages all quality claims directly. If parts do not match your approved 2D drawing specifications, we review the issue immediately and provide rapid re-production or corrective action.

Standard door-to-door delivery via Sea Freight typically takes 35 to 50 business days, which covers production, ocean transit, and customs handling. For urgent projects, expedited Air Freight delivery (10 to 15 business days) is available upon request.

Yes. Robtrix handles export documentation, customs clearance management, and door-to-door freight delivery directly to your facility.

Yes. If you prefer EXW (Ex Works) or FOB terms and wish to arrange shipping through your own freight carrier, we can accommodate your logistics preferences.

Parts are protected using anti-corrosion VCI packaging, bubble wrap, custom foam linings, and heavy-duty wooden crates or boxes to prevent damage during long-distance shipping.
