MIG/MAG Welding Services

MIG/MAG welding widely recognized as standard Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) is one of the most versatile and efficient metal-joining processes in modern engineering. The technique generates an electric arc between a continuously fed consumable wire electrode and the metal workpiece. Heat produced by this arc fuses the wire and base metal, while an external shielding gas safeguards the molten pool against atmospheric contamination until it solidifies into a high-integrity weld joint.

Our MIG/MAG welding services provide strong, reliable joins across a diverse range of metal alloys. Known for high deposition rates and exceptional structural integrity, this process supports heavy section thicknesses without compromising joint quality or dimensional precision.

TIG Welding Services

TIG welding technically designated as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) utilizes a pointed, non-consumable tungsten electrode to establish a highly focused electric arc. Because the electrode remains intact, heat is transferred directly to liquefy the base material, while filler metal is fed independently into the weld zone when required. An inert shielding gas envelopes the area to preserve weld purity.

This technique delivers unmatched aesthetic finish, control, and structural integrity, making it the ideal choice for high-precision components. Achieving premium TIG results demands strict surface cleanliness and controlled environmental conditions. It is the premier process for joining stainless steel, aluminum, and thin-gauge custom fabrications.

Robotic Welding Services

Automated robotic welding is the ideal solution for high-volume, repetitive production runs. In contrast to manual operations, robotic systems accelerate throughput and cycle times while drastically cutting material waste through sub-millimeter repeatable precision.

Our automated cells execute a versatile spectrum of joining methods, including arc welding, resistance spot welding, MIG/MAG, and TIG operations.
While initial tooling and robotic setup involve higher upfront costs, leveraging the extensive automation capabilities across the Robtrix manufacturing network makes robotic welding highly economical for serial production runs.

We only work with projects whereby Robtrix takes care of the whole process, including the manufacture of parts.

Our services are available for a wide range of metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, etc. Our welding services are also suitable for welding sheet, tubes and pipes.

Robtrix has a network of partners whose processes and services have been audited by us. This includes workplace safety, equipment standards, etc.

The choice of welding process depends on various factors – choice of metal, thickness, visual requirements, etc. If not sure, consult our in-house engineers.
