At Robtrix, our custom die casting operations are tailored to your unique engineering standards. Our high-precision casting systems adapt to complex geometries, strict manufacturing tolerances, and refined surface finish requirements.
Whether you need a single prototype or full-scale series production, our scalable facilities are prepared to meet your requirements. Contact our team to discuss your project specifications.
Die Casting Methods
Hot Chamber Casting (Zinc & Magnesium): Ideal for lower-melting-point alloys. The injection mechanism is submerged directly in the liquid metal bath, enabling rapid material injection and fast cycle times.
Cold Chamber Casting (Aluminum & Higher-Melting Alloys): Designed for metals with higher melting temperatures. Molten material is transferred from an external furnace into an isolated injection chamber before being forced into the steel die by a hydraulic ram.
Process Overview
How Modern Die Casting Works
For intricate metal components required in volume, die casting is an efficient manufacturing method. Liquid metal is injected under high pneumatic or hydraulic pressure into durable, precision-machined steel dies.
Metals with favorable melting profiles, specifically aluminum, zinc, and magnesium, form the core of our production capabilities.
